Generously spiced and bursting with flavour, this hot spicy curry pork rice (咖喱猪肉饭) is cooked with fragrant exotic spices and additional chili padi (小辣椒), guaranteed to fire up your taste buds. The meat - well sauteed - is tender and flavoursome. The curry leaves are fried or sautéed in hot oil to enhance and release the flavor into the dish. This is one of my favorite food in the neighbourhood. If you like hot and spicy stuff, you should try it too!
