Church's Fried Chicken is now back in Singapore in a different name 'Texas Chicken'. I've always loved eating Church's Fried Chicken since secondary school years, and really miss the tasty, crunchy taste of their original chicken ever since it ended operation here. But now it's back! Texas Chicken now has two outlets at Singapore Expo and United Square.
Their original chicken doesn't seem to taste as good as before (it tasted really good then), but nevertheless tastier and juicier than KFC and Arnold's Chicken. I don't recommend the spicy version. For side dishes, their mashed potato is flavoursome and coleslaw fresh and crunchy. Their onion rings is the best - fresh minced onions fried in tasty batter - highly recommended! I would say it's tastier and crunchier than Burger King. :p
